Old Meetze Road serves eleven single family homes, Alwyngton Manor, and Old Town Woodworking.  Old Meetze Road was the main thoroughfare headed continues east after being bisected by Bypass Route 29/15. 

Monroe Estates was established in 2008 and is governed by The Monroe Estates Homeowner’s Association. It comprises 46 single family detached homes of various colonial styles.
